- 6 Medjool dates
- 150g Unsalted peanuts
- Pinch of salt
- Cocoa to cover
Directions
- Soak the dates in hot water for a few minutes to soften them.
- Drain and place them in a blender with the nuts and salt.
- Roll teaspoonfuls of the mix into balls, dip them into the cocoa and set aside for later.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
