A lovely twist on a classic spinach side.

Ingredients

  • 3tbsp toasted sesame seeds

  • 1tsp coconut sugar

  • 1tbsp tamari

  • 170g spinach

Directions

  • Set a large pot of water on to boil
  • Meanwhile, grind the sesame seeds using a mortar and add the sugar and tamari.
  • Add the spinach to the pot and stir until wilted. Drain and squeeze out any excess water.
  • Chop the spinach, stir in the dressing and serve
