Ingredients
- 1tbsp ground flax seed
- 3tbsp water
- 80ml coconut oil
- 4tbsp coconut sugar
- 4tbsp maple
- 1tsp vanilla
- 90g oats
- 90g oat flour (or blitzed oats)
- 3/4tsp baking powder
- 1/4tsp baking soda
- Pinch salt
- 50g raisins
Directions
- Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet. Mix the flax seeds with 3tbsp of water and set aside to thicken.
- Beat the coconut oil and coconut sugar together until smooth.
- Add the flax seeds, maple and vanilla. Next add the oats, flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Take 1tbsp of each, place on the tray and flatten into shape. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Leave to cool.
