Oat Crunchies

My oh my but these are like healthy, crunchy, florintines

 

Makes 8

 

Oven 200c

Ingredients

  • 80g oats

     

  • 20g wholemeal flour

     

  • 20g mixed seeds

     

  • 100ml maple

     

  • 2tbsp coconut oil

Directions

  1. Mix all dry in a bowl.
  2. Heat the coconut oil and maple until bubbling. Stir into the dry and mix.
  3. Spoon onto a lined baking sheet, leaving them loose and chunky. Bake in the oven for 10mins. Leave to cool.
