Choc Pops

Sometimes you need that little bit more than the usual nice lolly – especially is you are dairy free (as I am currently) well this hits the spot! I could forgo dairy any day so long as I had these…..


Makes 6


  • 6 medjool dates, soaked


  • 2tbsp cacao powder


  • 2tbsp almond butter


  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract


  • 200ml coconut milk


  • Optional – 80% dark chocolate, chopped almonds


  1. Pop everything into a blender and blitz until it is smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into lolly moulds and freeze.
