- 80g oats
- 20g wholemeal flour
- 20g mixed seeds
- 100ml maple
- 2tbsp coconut oil
- Mix all dry in a bowl.
- Heat the coconut oil and maple until bubbling. Stir into the dry and mix.
- Spoon onto a lined baking sheet, leaving them loose and chunky. Bake in the oven for 10mins. Leave to cool.
