These are sooooo good! You can make them well in advance, in two easy moves and then eat them when you are ready!

- 1tbsp oil
- 5 spring onions, sliced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 cartons kidney beans
- 1 carton cannellini beans
- 1 carton black beans
- 2 cartons chopped tomatoes
- 2tbsp tomato puree
- 2tbsp maple syrup
- 1tbsp smoked paprika
- 1tbsp Worchester sauce
- 1tsp Dijon mustard
- To serve – baked potatoes, rice, spring onions, grated cheese, chopped chilli
Directions
- Heat the oil and cook the onions until softening. Add all remaining ingredient and bring to a simmer. Eat with your choice of serving and topping.
