Hummus is one of those things that you can have with chopped veg as a snack, loaded into a wrap or spread on toast. It is perfect for most occasions. Here is one with a twist.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado, flesh removed
- 1 tin of chickpeas
- 6tbsp tahini
- 5tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2tsp cumin
- 15g coriander
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 1tbsp pumpkin seeds
- Seasoning
Directions
- Put everything in a blender, except the olive oil and seeds, and blitz.
- Add the olive oil and blitz again until creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with seeds. Keeps in the fridge for 4 days.
