Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Such a lovely weekend breakfast!

 

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 80g oats

     

  • 120ml oat milk

     

  • 2tbsp maple

     

  • 1 banana

     

  • 1tsp vanilla

     

  • 1tsp baking powder

     

  • 1tbsp coconut oil for frying

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredient in a blender and blitz.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add a heaped tbsp of batter mix and fry for around 3 mins until golden on the edges and flip. Cook for a further 3 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
