Such a lovely weekend breakfast!

Ingredients
- 80g oats
- 120ml oat milk
- 2tbsp maple
- 1 banana
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tbsp coconut oil for frying
Directions
- Place all the ingredient in a blender and blitz.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add a heaped tbsp of batter mix and fry for around 3 mins until golden on the edges and flip. Cook for a further 3 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
