This granola has such a lovely warm mix of flavours. Perfect on yoghurt or on its own.
- 240g oats
- 1tbsp cinnamon
- 150g walnut, chopped
- 30g dried apple chips
- 1tsp vanilla
- 4tbsp olive oil
- 5tbsp maple
- Pinch salt
- Line a baking sheet with parchment. In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredient.
- Combine the wet and pour into the bowl, stirring until all the mix is covered.
- Spread the oats onto the baking sheet and place in the oven for around 20minutes. Removing half way to stir. Remove and let cool completely. Store in an air tight container.
