Healthy Homemade Ketchup

Who doesn’t love ketchup? Sad thing is, it’s filled with inflammatory, refined sugars….but what if it didn’t have to be?


Serves 10


  • 240g passata


  • 60ml apple cider vinegar


  • 1/4tsp ground allspice


  • 1/4tsp ground cloves


  • 1/4tsp ground cinnamon


  • 1tsp maple


  • Pinch salt


  • Pinch pepper


  • Water


  1. Place all ingredient in a pot and slimmer for 10minutes. If it seems too thick add a little water. Transfer to a glass jar.
