Digestive Biscuits

Oh yes, the favourite is back and this time it’s vegan!

Makes 8


Oven 200c


  • 75g oat flour


  • 75g white flour


  • 6tbsp coconut sugar


  • 1tsp baking powder


  • Pinch salt


  • 1/4tsp ground cardamon


  • 1/4tsp cinnamon


  • 2tbsp coconut oil, melted


  • 4tbsp almond milk


  1. Line a baking sheet. Mix all ingredient in a bowl. Divide it into 8 small balls.
  2. Flatten with your hand or the base of a glass. Bake for around 15minutes, checking they are golden. Remove and leave to cool.
