Oh yes, the favourite is back and this time it’s vegan!
Makes 8
Oven 200c
Ingredients
- 75g oat flour
- 75g white flour
- 6tbsp coconut sugar
- 1tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 1/4tsp ground cardamon
- 1/4tsp cinnamon
- 2tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 4tbsp almond milk
Directions
- Line a baking sheet. Mix all ingredient in a bowl. Divide it into 8 small balls.
- Flatten with your hand or the base of a glass. Bake for around 15minutes, checking they are golden. Remove and leave to cool.
