These are a mega childhood favourite for me so finding a super healthy way to make them has made my day!!
- 80g puffed wheat (I use sainsburys own)
- 1/5tbsp coconut oil
- 1tbsp maple 2tbsp honey
- Mix the maple, coconut oil and honey in a pot and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the wheat until covered. Spread onto a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for around 10mins, being sure to stir them around a few times. Leave to cool and then jar up.
