Sugar Puffs

These are a mega childhood favourite for me so finding a super healthy way to make them has made my day!!


Oven 200c


  • 80g puffed wheat (I use sainsburys own)


  • 1/5tbsp coconut oil


  • 1tbsp maple 2tbsp honey


  1. Mix the maple, coconut oil and honey in a pot and bring to a simmer.
  2. Stir in the wheat until covered. Spread onto a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for around 10mins, being sure to stir them around a few times. Leave to cool and then jar up.
