This is a lovely lunch option, perfect for outdoor dining or pack away picnics.
1 ready roll puff pastry
350g baby potatoes, boiled and sliced
300g cheese, sliced
3 slices of ham
- Boil and slice the potatoes.
- Roll out the pastry, layer half with cheese, potato (season), ham and some more cheese.
- Fold the remaining pastry over the top and seal using a fork to crimp the edges. Drizzle a little milk over the top and season. Pop in the oven for 20-30min.
