Potato And Cheese Pastry

This is a lovely lunch option, perfect for outdoor dining or pack away picnics.


Serves 4-6


Oven 200c


1 ready roll puff pastry

350g baby potatoes, boiled and sliced

300g cheese, sliced

3 slices of ham



  1. Boil and slice the potatoes.
  2. Roll out the pastry, layer half with cheese, potato (season), ham and some more cheese.
  3. Fold the remaining pastry over the top and seal using a fork to crimp the edges. Drizzle a little milk over the top and season. Pop in the oven for 20-30min.
