In the mood for a tasty, sweet treat that’s packed with goodness? I mean, these have to be it. You have all the plant based protein from the nuts, the cacao is packed with feel good nutrient and dates are my favourite natural sweetener.
- 100g hazelnuts
- 10 medjool dates
- 1.5tbsp cacao powder
- 1tbsp coconut oil
- Put everything in a blender and blitz until it becomes a thick dough.
- Turn out and press into a lined brownie tin and pop in the fridge. Cut up into small, bite sized pieces
