Boy oh boyyyyy but I get excited when I master a super yummy cookie with NO REFINED SUGARS and Vegan! Yippeee
- 100g plain flour
- 1/2tsp bicarbonate of soda
- Sprinkling of sea salt
- 2tbsp coconut oil
- 70ml maple syrup
- 35g almond milk
- 60g dark choc chips
- Melt the coconut oil and maple and leave to cool.
- Mix the flour and bicarbonate.
- Stir in the milk and melted coconut oil.
- Lastly stir in the choc chips and spoon onto the tray. Bake for 15mins.
