Carrot and Turmeric Soup

Oh my goodness this is like a cozy blanket wrapped all around you.


Oven 200c


  • 100ml olive oil


  • 1tbsp turmeric


  • 1tbsp cumin


  • 2 onions, quartered


  • 12 carrots, halved and quartered


  • 1ltr veg stock


  • 100g tahini


  • 1 tin chickpeas.


  1. Mix the oil and spices and toss the onion and carrot in it, spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30mins.
  2. Pop in a pot, add all remaining ingredient and blitz.
