Tahini Granola

Ooooo this is exciting. This granola is full of only non refined sugars and the beautiful smooth tasting tahini.


Oven 200c


  • 150g oats


  • 40g mixed seeds


  • 40g cranberries, chopped


  • 4 medjool dates, chopped


  • 1tsp cinnamon


  • 1/2tsp pink salt


  • 4tbsp maple


  • 3tbsp heaped, tahini


  • 1tsp vanilla


  1. Pop the maple, tahini and vanilla in a pot and melt slowly.
  2. Mix all the remaining ingredient in bowl.
  3. Stir in the wet melted mix and stir until everything is coated. Spread onto a baking sheet and pop in the oven for 20 mins, turning occasionally. Leave to cool.
