Smoothies can be pretty versatile but this one is sweet and lush – sometimes I add 1tbsp almond butter for extra creaminess.
- 2 cups frozen berries
- 6 medjool dates, soaked and use water
- 2 bananas
- 1 large handful pecans
- 1 large handful seeds
- 1tbsp maple
- Pop everything in a blender and blitz. Top up with more water if you want it thinner.
