Nut Berry Smoothie

Smoothies can be pretty versatile but this one is sweet and lush – sometimes I add 1tbsp almond butter for extra creaminess.

 

Serves 2-3

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen berries

     

  • 6 medjool dates, soaked and use water

     

  • 2 bananas

     

  • 1 large handful pecans

     

  • 1 large handful seeds

     

  • 1tbsp maple

Directions

  1. Pop everything in a blender and blitz. Top up with more water if you want it thinner.
