Apricot, Date and Chia Granola

Wow! This little baby is like breakfast heaven, I mean truly a bite of sunshine in my mouth. You have got to try this!

Oven 200c

Ingredients

  • 200g oats

     

  • 4 ready to eat dried apricots, diced

     

  • 2 medjool dates, diced

     

  • 1 large handful of mixed seeds

     

  • 2tbsp chia seeds

     

  • 50g walnuts, chopped

     

  • 50g almonds, chopped

     

  • 4tbsp oil

     

  • 3tbsp honey

     

  • 3tbsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Put everything into a bowl and stir until fully mixed.
  2. Spread onto a baking sheet and pop in the oven for around 10-15mins, turning regularly. Leave to cool completely then store in an air tight container for up to 14days.
