Slaw is a big weakness of mine and since going vegan I had to come up with a lovely alternative and this is nothing short of lush!
Ingredients
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ red cabbage, thinly sliced
- black onion seeds to dress
- Dressing –
- 2tbsp cider vinegar
- 1tbsp sesame oil
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1tsp Dijon mustard
- 1tsp tahini
Directions
- Mix the dress in a small bowl and set aside.
- Grate and slice all veg then mix well in a big bowl. Top with the dressing and mix by hand until thoroughly covered
