This is such an easy way to make cauliflower inviting. And a fab side, or simply throw it into another meal.
- ½ a head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1tsp cumin
- 1tsp smoked paprika
- 1tsp turmeric
- Pinch salt and pepper
- 3tbsp olive oil
- Juice ½ a lemon
- Toss the florets in all the ingredient and spread them onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for around 40 mins, turning. Eat warm, or leave to cool. Ps fab in wraps and Buddha bowls
