Buckwheat Brittle

Oh but I love a nut brittle!!


Oven 200c


  • 2tbsp coconut oil


  • 8tbsp maple syrup


  • 1tsp vanilla


  • 50g cashew nuts


  • 50g almonds


  • 50g hazelnuts


  • 50g oats


  1. Melt the coconut oil, maple and vanilla until boiling.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredient in a bowl. Stir in the maple mix.
  3. Spread onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 20mins. Leave to cool completely before chopping.
