Chocolate Crunch

Oh my goodness – amazing!!

Ingredients

  • 100g seeds

     

  • 300g mixed nuts

     

  • 170g almond butter

     

  • 100ml maple

     

  • 3tbsp coconut oil

     

  • 200g dark chocolate

Directions

  1. Mix the nuts and seeds.
  2. Melt the coconut oil, maple and almond butter until smooth.
  3. Combine with the nut mix. Pour into a lined brownie tin and freeze. Cut into chunks or slices.
