I love a really crunchy, solid cookie. Well this is it. Using only natural, immune boosting and anti inflammatory ingredient. Chocolate in its most natural form. These are truly great.
- 100g good muesli
- 80g ground almonds
- 20g wholemeal flour
- 1/2tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 30g cacao nibs
- 3tbsp honey
- 3tbsp oil
- 3tbsp maple
- Mix the muesli, almonds, flour and bicarbonate in a bowl.
- Mix the oil, honey and maple in a pot and bring to a simmer.
- Combine the maple mix with the dry and spoon onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10mins. Leave to cool.
