Dairy, oddly enough, blocks your body from absorbing all the benefits that chocolate has to offer. Therefore, I thought it was essential to make a dipping chocolate for my family that used cacao (cocoa in its purest and densest form) and no dairy.
Here it is….
Use it to glaze any of my biscuits
- 1tbsp coconut oil
- 2tbsp cacao powder
- 2tbsp maple syrup
- Melt the coconut oil and stir in the remaining ingredient. Use while warm.
