Golden Paste

Turmeric is the best anti inflammatory spice around.

 

It works wonders on your body – so you want to start taking it but you aren’t sure how. I make a batch of this each month and take about a 1/3 of a tsp in the morning after eating.

Ingredients

  • 30g turmeric powder

     

  • 250ml water

     

  • 1.5tsp ground black pepper

     

  • 70ml olive oil

Directions

  1. Mix the turmeric and water on a low heat until a paste.
  2. Stir in the pepper and oil. Leave to cool.
  3. Jar up and pop in the fridge for 2weeks. Any remaining, freeze.
