Turmeric is the best anti inflammatory spice around.
It works wonders on your body – so you want to start taking it but you aren’t sure how. I make a batch of this each month and take about a 1/3 of a tsp in the morning after eating.
Ingredients
- 30g turmeric powder
- 250ml water
- 1.5tsp ground black pepper
- 70ml olive oil
Directions
- Mix the turmeric and water on a low heat until a paste.
- Stir in the pepper and oil. Leave to cool.
- Jar up and pop in the fridge for 2weeks. Any remaining, freeze.
