Indian Salsa Salad

This is the best side for curries. Crunchy, fresh and tangy. I use cider vinegar for the extra gut health kick.

 

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 6 tomatoes, diced

     

  • ¼ cucumber, diced

     

  • 1tbsp mustard seeds

     

  • 2tbsp apple cider vinegar

     

  • 2tbsp olive oil

     

  • Seasoning

Directions

  1. Pop it all in a bowl, mix and serve.
