This is a biscuit with extra nuttiness. Super charged protein hit!
- 200g oats, blitzed
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- 20g cashew nuts, chopped
- 30g almonds, chopped
- 2tbsp coconut oil
- 2tbsp honey
- 2tbsp almond butter
- 100ml maple syrup
- Mix all dry in a bowl. Combine all wet in a pot and stirring, bring to a good simmer.
- Combine with the dry and stir well. Add a splash of water if you think it’s too dry.
- Spoon onto a baking sheet, flattening slightly with your hand or spoon and bake for 8-10 mins, until golden.
