The Great Nutty One

This is a biscuit with extra nuttiness. Super charged protein hit!


Oven 200c


  • 200g oats, blitzed


  • 1tbsp chia seeds


  • 20g cashew nuts, chopped


  • 30g almonds, chopped


  • 2tbsp coconut oil


  • 2tbsp honey


  • 2tbsp almond butter


  • 100ml maple syrup


  1. Mix all dry in a bowl. Combine all wet in a pot and stirring, bring to a good simmer.
  2. Combine with the dry and stir well. Add a splash of water if you think it’s too dry.
  3. Spoon onto a baking sheet, flattening slightly with your hand or spoon and bake for 8-10 mins, until golden.
