These are chewing and delicious with a slightly crunchy edge! The banana flavour is so strong, I adore it. And just think of all that fantastic nutrition you are getting!
- 80ml oil
- 3tbsp honey
- 100ml maple syrup
- 300g oats
- 50g peanuts, chopped
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 2 bananas, mashed
- Place the oil, honey and maple in a pot and melt until simmering.
- Mix the oats, peanuts and cinnamon. Combine with the honey mix.
- Stir in the banana. Press into a lined brownie tin and bake for 30mins.
- Leave to cool and then slice.
