These babies are like a burst of summer in my mouth. They are sweet and nutty with that little chew in the centre. Loveeeee!

Oven 220c
Ingredients
- 150g oats (100g blitzed to flour)
- 100g unsalted peanuts, chopped
- 50g desiccated coconut
- 30g mixed seeds
- 100ml maple syrup
- 3tbsp tahini
- 3tbsp oil
Directions
- Line a brownie tin with parchment. Mix all dry. Mix all wet in a small pot and bring to the boil, stirring.
- Combine, stirring well. If it seems a little dry, add a splash of water. Press into the tin. (The best way to do this is run a metal spoon under hot water and use it to press the mixture in tightly)
