Crispy Flapjacks

I’ve done it! I have finally mastered a NO REFINED SUGAR – easy peasy , crispy flapjack.

 

Makes 8

 

Oven 200c

  • 200g oats

     

  • 100g toasted hazelnuts, chopped

     

  • 2tbsp cacao powder
  • 2tsp Green & Blacks cocoa powder

     

  • 4tbsp oil

     

  • 3tbsp honey

     

  • 5tbsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Line a brownie tin with baking paper. Mix all dry ingredient in a bowl.
  2. Mix all wet in a pot and bring to the boil. Combine.
  3. Spoon into the tray and press down tightly. Bake for around 15mins. Remove and leave to cool completely. Cut into squares.
