I’ve done it! I have finally mastered a NO REFINED SUGAR – easy peasy , crispy flapjack.
- 200g oats
- 100g toasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 2tbsp cacao powder
- 2tsp Green & Blacks cocoa powder
- 4tbsp oil
- 3tbsp honey
- 5tbsp maple syrup
- Line a brownie tin with baking paper. Mix all dry ingredient in a bowl.
- Mix all wet in a pot and bring to the boil. Combine.
- Spoon into the tray and press down tightly. Bake for around 15mins. Remove and leave to cool completely. Cut into squares.
