I love energy balls. They are so easy to make, the whole family loves them and they are perfect snacks.
- 6 medjool dates, soaked
- 3tbsp nut butter
- 100g oats
- To roll – coconut or cacao
- Drain the dates. Pop them in a blender along with all remaining ingredient and pulse until combined.
- If you feel they are too dry, add a splash of water.
- Roll them in your hands to make little balls, then gently roll in your coating of choice. Pop in the fridge for 7 days
