Goodness Balls

I love energy balls. They are so easy to make, the whole family loves them and they are perfect snacks.


Makes 10


  • 6 medjool dates, soaked


  • 3tbsp nut butter


  • 100g oats


  • To roll – coconut or cacao


  1. Drain the dates. Pop them in a blender along with all remaining ingredient and pulse until combined.
  2. If you feel they are too dry, add a splash of water.
  3. Roll them in your hands to make little balls, then gently roll in your coating of choice. Pop in the fridge for 7 days
