Crunchy Oat Clusters

These are ultra crunch, mega tasty and exactly what we need as a mid day pick me up.

 

Makes 8

 

Oven 190c

Ingredients

  • 70g oats

     

  • 20g wholegrain flour

     

  • 20g desiccated coconut

     

  • 100ml maple syrup

     

  • 2tbsp coconut oil

     

  • 60g pecans, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix all dry.
  2. Stir the maple and coconut oil until boiling. Pour over dry and mix until a paste. Spoon onto a lined baking sheet and bake until golden, around 10mins.
