Sticky grilled Chicken

A brill, easy mid week meal for a busy mummy.

 

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless chicken thighs, cut into large pieces

     

  • Chopped parsley

     

  • Marinade – 5tbsp olive oil

     

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

     

  • 1tsp ground cinnamon

     

  • 1tsp allspice

     

  • 2tsp oregano

     

  • 2tsp paprika

     

  • 2tbsp honey

     

  • Seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix all marinade ingredient together, toss chicken in it and pop in fridge for minimum 1hour.
  2. Thread onto skewers or put in ovenproof dish. Cook turning frequently until browned. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with rice or couscous.
