Who doesn’t love a big fluffy brownie??
Oven 180c
Ingredients
- 250g butter
- 250g caster sugar
- 1tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 100g self raising flour
- 70g cocoa
- 100g choc chips
- 60g walnuts, chopped
Directions
- Mix all in a bowl with an electric whisk. Pour into a lined brownie tin and bake in the oven for 40mins.
