Creamy Goats Cheese Pasta

Winter is the perfect time for warm, creamy pasta. This one is packed with flavour and super yummy.


Serves 4-6


  • 1tbsp oil


  • 4 spring onions, diced


  • 2 red peppers, chopped


  • 5 garlic cloves, crushed


  • 500g tomatoes, chopped


  • 1 carton pasatta
  • Seasoning


  • 125g soft goats cheese


  • Pasta


  1. Heat the oil in a pot and cook the onion, garlic and pepper until soft. Stir in all remaining ingredient except the goats cheese, pop on a lid and simmer for 15mins.
  2. Blitz until smooth.
  3. Cook the pasta when ready to eat. Heat the sauce gently, stirring through the goats cheese.
  4. Drain the pasta reserving a cup full of water. Mix the water and sauce with the pasta and serve with a good grind of black pepper and salad.
