Hazelnut and Cacao Granola

This is a new twist to morning granola. Makes a great snack too.


Oven 180c


  • 200g oats


  • 100g hazelnuts, chopped


  • 4tbsp oil


  • 6tbsp honey


  • 2tbsp cacao


  • 20g 80% dark choc, chopped


  1. Put the oats and hazelnuts into a mixing bowl. Stir through the choc pieces.
  2. Heat the oil, honey and cacao in a pot to a simmer. Stir through the oat mix and pop in the oven for 15mins. Remove and leave to cool.
