This is a new twist to morning granola. Makes a great snack too.
- 200g oats
- 100g hazelnuts, chopped
- 4tbsp oil
- 6tbsp honey
- 2tbsp cacao
- 20g 80% dark choc, chopped
- Put the oats and hazelnuts into a mixing bowl. Stir through the choc pieces.
- Heat the oil, honey and cacao in a pot to a simmer. Stir through the oat mix and pop in the oven for 15mins. Remove and leave to cool.
