Fantastic snack. Lovely evening nibble. Even a rushed breakfast. These are an all rounder.
- 100g almons
- 100g medjool dates
- 2tbsp tahini
- 2tbsp almond butter
- Pop the almonds in a blender and blitz until powdery.
- Add the dates and blitz until it starts to combine. Add the butter and tahini and blitz until becomes sticky and holds together.
- Take tablespoonfuls and roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet and pop in the freezer for 30mins. Remove and store in the fridge.
