Almond Tahini Balls

Fantastic snack. Lovely evening nibble. Even a rushed breakfast. These are an all rounder.

 

Makes 8-10

Ingredients

  • 100g almons

     

  • 100g medjool dates

     

  • 2tbsp tahini

     

  • 2tbsp almond butter

Directions

  1. Pop the almonds in a blender and blitz until powdery.
  2. Add the dates and blitz until it starts to combine. Add the butter and tahini and blitz until becomes sticky and holds together.
  3. Take tablespoonfuls and roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet and pop in the freezer for 30mins. Remove and store in the fridge.
