Sausage Soup

This chunky, heart soup is perfect for the colder nights.

 

Serves 4-6

  • 1tbsp oil

     

  • 8 sausages, cut in chunks

     

  • 2 onions, diced

     

  • 4 carrots, sliced

     

  • 2 packets of puy lentils

     

  • 1ltr of veg stock

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a pot and cook the sausage until browning.
  2. Stir in the onion and carrot and cook until soft. Add the puy lentils and stock. Simmer for 20mins and serve.
