These are so so tasty and SUAGR FREE!! (ingredient is per person)

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

     

  • 1 egg

     

  • 1tsp vanilla extract

     

  • 1tbsp almond butter

     

  • 1tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Put everything in a blender and blitz to a pancake paste.
  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and ladle out the desired size. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side and serve with fresh fruit and maple (optional)
