These are so so tasty and SUAGR FREE!! (ingredient is per person)
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1tbsp almond butter
- 1tsp cinnamon
- Put everything in a blender and blitz to a pancake paste.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and ladle out the desired size. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side and serve with fresh fruit and maple (optional)
