Want a change from the every day sides – these make a lovely autumn, sweet chip. Give it a go!
- 300g parsnips, peeled and cut into thin chip/wedges
- 1tbsp oil
- Grating of parmesan
- Peel and chop the parsnips, toss in the oil and bake in the oven for 30 mins.
- Grate over the parmesan and serve hot.
