Parsnip Chips

Want a change from the every day sides – these make a lovely autumn, sweet chip. Give it a go!


Oven 200c




  • 300g parsnips, peeled and cut into thin chip/wedges


  • 1tbsp oil


  • Grating of parmesan


  1. Peel and chop the parsnips, toss in the oil and bake in the oven for 30 mins.
  2. Grate over the parmesan and serve hot.
