Oaty Pecan Biscuits

These are filling, packed with protein and mmmmm


Oven 200c




  • 200g oats


  • 1tsp cinnamon


  • 1tsp baking powder


  • 1 egg


  • 1tsp vanilla


  • 200g peanut butter


  • 2tbsp honey


  • 3tbsp maple syrup


  1. Mix all dry.
  2. Melt the nut butter, honey and maple until smooth. Remove from heat, leave to cool for a minute then stir in the egg.
  3. Combine wet and dry. Spoon onto baking sheet and cook for 8-10mins.
