Oh wow!! These are crunchy, sweet and beyond delicious!
- 100g ground oats
- 130g wholemeal course flour
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 21/2 heaped tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 80g soft light brown sugar
- 50ml water
- 100g choc chips
- Mix all dry. Melt the coconut oil and stir in the sugar and water. Combine. Stir in the chips.
- Spoon onto a lined baking sheet and bake for around 10-15 minutes. Let cool completely.
