Garlicky Spaghetti

Simple flavours that work so well. This is a classic, clean oil dressing packed with the benefits of garlic!



  • 1 bulb of garlic, cloves sliced


  • Good glug of olive oil


  • Handful of pine nuts


  • Parmesan


  • Spaghetti


  1. Simply heat the oil in a pan. Add the garlic and cook on a low/medium heat to let the flavours really develop.
  2. Boil the spaghetti, drain and toss in the garlic oil with plenty of seasoning. Top with nuts and parmesan.
