Simple flavours that work so well. This is a classic, clean oil dressing packed with the benefits of garlic!
- 1 bulb of garlic, cloves sliced
- Good glug of olive oil
- Handful of pine nuts
- Simply heat the oil in a pan. Add the garlic and cook on a low/medium heat to let the flavours really develop.
- Boil the spaghetti, drain and toss in the garlic oil with plenty of seasoning. Top with nuts and parmesan.
