Fab brunch. Lovely lunch or light dinner. Oh yes, this is a mummies dream 🙂
- 200g garden peas, crushed
- ½ small bunch of mint, finely chopped
- 100g feta, crumbled
- Wheaten toasted
- Crush the peas with a fork. Stir in the feta and mint. Toast the wheaten and spoon on top. Yum!!
