Banana Breakfast

This banana breakfast is great fun for the weekends. I lay bowls of different granolas on the table for people to sprinkle themselves.




  • 1 banana per person


  • 1 organic, vanilla yogurt per person


  • Mixed fruit


  • Option – honey to drizzle


  1. Split the banana in half, using two cocktail sticks, secure them together at the top and bottom, letting them bow in the middle.
  2. Spoon your choice of yoghurt into the centre.
  3. Top with berries
  4. sprinkle granola and drizzle honey
