This banana breakfast is great fun for the weekends. I lay bowls of different granolas on the table for people to sprinkle themselves.
- 1 banana per person
- 1 organic, vanilla yogurt per person
- Mixed fruit
- Option – honey to drizzle
- Split the banana in half, using two cocktail sticks, secure them together at the top and bottom, letting them bow in the middle.
- Spoon your choice of yoghurt into the centre.
- Top with berries
- sprinkle granola and drizzle honey
