Nutty, with the taste of summer :0) What more do we want?
- 150g oats (100g blitzed to flour)
- 50g desiccated coconut
- 50g mixed seeds
- 100g unsalted peanuts
- 3tbsp peanut butter
- 3tbsp maple syrup
- 3tbsp coconut oil
- Put the oats, seeds, coconut and nuts in a bowl and mix.
- Heat the peanut butter, coconut oil and maple in a pot until melted and simmering.
- Stir into the dry ingredient and press into a lined baking tin. Pop in the oven for 10mins, until golden. Leave to cool completely before cutting.
